Nic Makes His First Appearance with Philharmonia Baroque Orchestra as Music Director Laureate

In his first appearance as Music Director Laureate, Nic is thrilled to be leading his colleagues of Philharmonia Baroque Orchestra (November 16–20) in a feast of French Baroque entertainment celebrating his 1,000th performance with the ensemble.

Titled "The Surprises of Love," this quintessentially "Nic" program features enchanting suites from Rameau's opera-ballet Les Surprises de l'Amour and Campra's The Carnival of Venice — two smash hits in their time that certainly continue to deliver spirited thrills.
